Deja Redman, an entrepreneur with 17+ years of experience building multi-purpose hospitality and wellness brands, serves as our Business Architect — designing operative systems, cultivating aligned partnerships, and developing restorative programs that create sustainable and renewable energy.

She is the matriarchal force behind our mission, caring well for the entire ecosphere while bridging business, community wellness and conscious leadership into one spherical shape.

Pricilla Adwomoh shapes the visual language of Paradigm7 through intentional styling, texture, and form. With an eye rooted in emotion, silhouette, and cultural expression, her work moves beyond fashion as adornment — using wardrobe as a storytelling device that deepens atmosphere, identity, and presence.

As a stylist and visual curator, she approaches clothing as a transformative experience — allowing the wearer to feel transported through texture, movement, and emotional storytelling. Her work translates creative concepts into lived experiences through thoughtful detail, sculptural layering, and an intentional relationship between fashion, memory, and form.
